Wedding Requirements:
- Must be on island for a minimum of 24 hours.
- Affidavit stating that applicants has never been married before or are legally divorced.
- Birth Certificates.
- Passports with proof of arrival in the Bahamas.
- Notarized copies of final divorce papers (if applicable).
- Notarized copies of Death Certificate of deceased spouse (if applicable).
- Full names of all parents of the Bride and Groom.
