1 Bedroom Cottage: 1 bedroom/1 bath -– Suitable for 1-2 people

All with ocean views, surrounding swimming pool patio. 
Bedroom with one king or two double beds, A/C and ceiling fan.  Living room with 2 Bahama sofa beds, A/C, ceiling fan, fridge, coffee maker.  Full bathroom with shower in tub, hairdryer and bath amenities.

2 Bedroom Bungalow, Townhouse or Villa Suitable for 2-4 persons

Edith's Harbour : 2bedroom bungalow/2bath. 
Right at Atlantic Shore – a 2 minute walk to the Club House.  Tropically furnished. 
Large living room with open kitchen, ceiling fans.  Two large bedrooms left and right, each full baths with shower in tub & hairdryer, bath amenities, A/C, ceiling fan,. 
East balconies, cabana

Ocean Villas:  2 bedroom/2 bath - includes Car
Right at Atlantic Shore. First, small beach 200 yards.
Two stories, tropically furnished, upper living room with open kitchen, two Bahama sofa beds, A/C, front and rear balconies.
Lower two bedrooms, one queen and two twin beds, each with A/C, each with bath with shower, hair dryer, bath amenities. Front porch
Nightly rates include rental car; distance to clubhouse 800 yards.

Hill House: 2 bedroom. 2 bath Townhouse
Located on the hillside below the clubhouse with a view to Exuma Sound. There is a small kitchen and living room downstairs, bedroom and bath upstairs. A separate wing with own entrance has 2nd. bedroom and bath.  ! Queen, 1 double, 1 single bed.

3 Bedroom Bungalow: Suitable for 4-6 people

Gecko House: 3 bedroom/3 bath
Located right at Atlantic shore and beach, a 3 minute walk to the clubhouse.  Tropically furnished.  Lower main floor: large living room with open kitchen, ceiling fans; two bedrooms each with A/C, ceiling fan; one king and two double beds; two full baths with shower in tub, hairdryer, bath amenities.
Upper floor:  one bedroom, A/C, ceiling fan; queen bed, bath with shower, hairdryer, bath amenities. Large ocean side roofed porch, open sun deck, and rear patio with grill.

Always Sunday – 3 bedroom/ 3 bath
Located at a pretty small Atlantic beach, a 7 min. walk to the clubhouse. Large A/C livingroom with shaded breezeway left and right, good sized kitchen, full bungalow length balcony ocean-side. All bedrooms with queen bed.

3 Bedroom Bungalow with Pool: Suitable for 4-6 persons

Rainbow House – 3 bedroom/3 bath with private Saltwater Pool
Right at Atlantic shore.  Tropically furnished.

Dolphin House - 4 bedroom/2 bath, private freshwater pool
Right at Atlantic Shore.  Tropically furnished. 
Large living room, kitchen; ceiling fans; four bedrooms, each with A/C and ceiling fan; two twin, two double, one king bed; two baths, one with shower in tub, one with shower only, hairdryer, bath amenities.
East porch and large terrace and terraces around large swimming pool.  Nature ocean fed swimming pool right below fresh water pool level.
