Wedding Requirements:
  • Must be on island for a minimum of 24 hours.
  • Affidavit stating that applicants has never been married before or are legally divorced.
  • Birth Certificates.
  • Passports with proof of arrival in the Bahamas.
  • Notarized copies of final divorce papers (if applicable).
  • Notarized copies of Death Certificate of deceased spouse (if applicable).
  • Full names of all parents of the Bride and Groom.
